We want you to rock your gear with confidence, so if your order isn't quite right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all festival merchandise remains in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Download Festival tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
